Kristin Hutchinson is a creative director and artist based in Portland, Oregon. From corporate identity and business collateral to catalogs, custom wedding invitations and cards, web sites, apparel, direct mail and packaging, Kristin adds a fresh and unique look to each project she tackles.

After earning her BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Georgia, Kristin worked for an advertising agency, where she was able to complete a variety of projects for clients such as CNN, Cartoon Network, various law firms, hospitals, and classic Atlanta restaurants. She then moved on to Anna Griffin, Inc., where she was able to create 3-dimensional invitations, packaging, paper-crafting products and catalogs.

Starting Kristin Hutchinson Design enabled Kristin to keep existing clients, as well as develop new relationships and design a wide variety of projects. She still works with clients such as Emory University, Paris Texas Apparel Co., Event Planners, and several Marketing Agencies. 

Kristin was hired as a Creative Director at the Crafts Group, and was promoted to Director of Creative and Marketing. She currently leads a 13 person team in the Quilt division, overseeing the production of all print and digital marketing materials – from catalogs, to ads, emails, brochures, and postcards for Connecting Threads and Superior Threads. 

Other than art and design, Kristin's passions include yoga, outdoor adventures and singing silly songs with her family.
